Refund Policy - the basics

Direct Booking

direct booking is the best way to go for savings, e-transfers can be made to this email address for ease of booking and direct savings.

Just let me know which dates and which units you would like to book (include guest details, # and ages), We can take a 50% deposit to hold the dates with the remainder being paid 90 days before the checkin date.
Or you can choose the PAID IN FULL option which will block the dates for your stay and we also do not add any added taxes. 

Send over the confirmed dates/units you would like and if you wanted to do 50% or PIF (paid in full) option and I will send over the invoice/receipt for payment. 

The way our refund option works is you are only eligible for a refund if the dates that you blocked are eventually rebooked by a different guest.
If the dates you blocked and cancelled do not rebook and the unit is empty there is no refund available.

Let me know if this seems clear, or you have any questions on it. 

Keep in mind if there is a government travel ban (fire evacuation etc.) in those cases that you legally can not stay then you would receive a 100% refund.

(We do also accept cheques & wire transfers for an added fee, but e-transfers are the preferred payment method and don’t add any fees).
